Terence Parkin is Deaf swimmer from South Africa who has competed for South Africa in Olympic and Deaflympics Games, World Cup and Pan Pacific Competitions.

Parkin is the Deatlympics' most successful athlete since its inception in 1924. He has participated in five (5) Summer Deaflympics and also earned an Olympic Medal for the 200m breaststroke in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney.
