2012 World Deaf Volleyball Championships
Bulgarian Deaf Sport Federation has agreed and confirmed the date changes for the 2012 World Deaf Volleyball Championships. The reason of the change was due to the fact that the old date held at the same time with the 2012 London Olympiad Games. The quality of FIVB referees will be slim if hosting at the same time. Therefore, to avoid the conflict, the new date change will be outlined as below:

| 16 August 2012 | - Opening of the Championship and competitions |
| 17- 25 August 2012 | - Competitions |
| 25 August 2012 | - Medal ceremony and Closing of the Championship |
| 26 August 2012 | - Departure |
To this date, Bulgaria has received 16 men’s team and 15 women’s team that preliminary registered.
